MCU and SFU - WebRTC Media Server Implementation to Sipsorcery

Is it possible to add MCU or SFU to Sipsorcery with other WebRTC Media Servers like Janus, Kurento or do we need to create one ourselves? I am asking this question because, I have checked Kurento and some other Media Servers, all of them has Javascript APIs and other language APIs for transferring data to the server. But in our case we use C#. Am I missing something on other existing Media Servers or do we need to create it ourselves to work with Sipsorcery C# agent?
