Seems like this project is no longer being maintained...
Your issue is actually a duplicate of #54

Nevertheless, this tool still seems to work, you can clone this repository, navigate to "extension" and run npm i; npm run build. Then you can install the build-folder in Chrome.

I've built this extension and uploaded it here
