tendermint/tendermint#7033
In Tendermint v0.35.0, They have the rollback feature to allow recovery in the event of an incorrect app hash.
Currently, the node must be resynchronized every time you restart the node. (Although I have to restart every few days)Please update Tendermint to the latest version as soon as possible.

Incorrect AppHash is caused by bugs. And we fix bugs.
Currently, incorrect AppHash caused by misconfiguration or running the wrong versions is not so common on smartBCH nodes.
You can make snapshot of ~/.smartbchd/data , which allows you to sync from a given height, instead of from genesis.
