MacType effects unreversed when MacType is uninstalled and ClearType is disabled

Tried out mactype but it made the fonts blurry so I decided to uninstall with BCUninstaller but the effects were still there until I turned on ClearType. Some effects were still present on ClearType but not as noticable. Can anyone help me with getting rid of mactype completely?

First, you should always use the uninstaller brought with MacType. If not, at least, you should set the loading mode to "manual" with the mactype wizard before uninstalling with third-party apps.

Second, Cleartype should be always left on whether you use mactype or not, or everything will be badly rendered. (unless you are still using a CRT monitor).

And last, mactype make no changes to your system after uninstalling. Not a file, not a registry entry.
