起因是这样的
Zeal-L/BiliBili-Manga-Downloader#115 (comment)
然后我又尝试了一些别的项目，比如https://github.com/ShqWW/bilinovel-download
最终确定在我的环境下（win10 ltsc 2021 x64），pyinstaller程序都会触发“无法定位序数380”的故障
手动排除每个exe的文件名之后，可以正常运行
（已经更新至mactype测试版2023.5.31，依然可以复现这个故障过程）
