Section Preview version in Download -> Precompiled packages is duplicated #854

Problem

As in title, section Preview version is duplicated, but only when accessed via link to exact fragment or by link to download section, then scrolling down.

Doesn't happen when accessed by main page, then navigating to Download section.

Steps

  1. Enter Download section of Scarb's website
  2. Go to Precompiled packages section.
  3. Preview version header should be duplicated
