Refactor tests

• Redesign general tests structure
• Move all test files to tests directory in subdirectories tests/e2e and tests/unit
• Consider refactoring fixtures e.g. limit scope for some fixtures to module instead of package
• If possible remove --contract_dir flag
• Consider running every test from tests_on_networks on both networks, as suggested here
• Consider adding a set of tests on integration that can be run only locally, the remaining tests on network in CI can be only calls + tests that cannot be easily tested on devnet
