问题描述
使用作者的服务使用测试号推送消息，没法实现多个用户推送，只能实现对关注测试号的某一个用户推送
复现步骤
用户 Open ID 写入@ALL或者 用户ID|用户ID|用户ID 提示错误invalid openid rid
预期结果
实现对关注该测试号的用户全部推送
