功能描述
单位额度是跟倍率体系配套使用的，既然已经有倍率体系了，是否应该将单位额度固定写死，避免一些站点后台修改该数值，而用户日志只能看到倍率，无法确定单位额度是否被修改

应用场景
让价格体系更透明和安全。
