Question: IP Address on RasPi

This is a question and not an issue.

If I use Docker to install this on my Raspberry Pi and host it on the Pi, can I access it from an IP address like a traditional web server, and not the localhost:8000 for example? Is the IP address going to be whatever the Pi's IP address is on my local network? Thanks!
