Feature request: concurrent operations

Hello!

Thanks for this great library. Is it possible to add concurrency to it? I tried just creating 10 listeners but that just makes each task run 10 times.

Also, if I send events before any subscriber is connected it doesn't hold any events in Redis, is that something that's possible to change? I don't want to lose data
