JetBrains: "Edit Code" popup size got changed after adding many blank lines, canceling it and opening again. #1445

Describe the bug

Platform: Windows

Steps to reproduce:

  1. Have Cody plugin installed in your JB PyCharm editor
  2. Login to Cody with PRO user
  3. Open any source code file and right click to open context menu
  4. Choose "Cody > Edit Code" and verify Edit Code popup windows opens up
  5. Add multiple blank lines i.e. 20+ by using keyboard enter key
  6. Cancel the popup by pressing esc key
  7. Right click and choose "Cody > Edit Code" from context menu again

Observed behavior:

Edit Code popup window size got changed.

Expected behavior

Edit Code popup window size should not be changed.
