Be able to resize (vertically) the schedule pane

Schedule is quite "busy" in having a large number of venues. It is impossible ATM to grasp it fully (at least on my laptop screen with 3840x2160 resolution ;-) ) without scrolling vertically/horizontally. Using browser's zooming-out helps with getting a full-er view horizontally but nohow helps vertically. I think the most logical solution would be adding a resizing capability to that pane.

Similar desire for the chat bar was expressed in #1392 and horizontal resizing capability for the chat sidebar is proposed/pending in the #1421. So may be the same/similar Resizer could be used for the Schedule (attn @soichih ), but it makes little sense to venture to implement it that way until there is a clear destiny for #1421 .
