Horizontal scrollbar only visible at bottom of schedule pane

The horizontal scrollbar is at the bottom of the schedule frame. This means I can only access it if I scroll down to the bottom. This is inconsistent with the vertical scrollbar, which is always visible.

Touchpad scrolling / cursors work of course, but one feels lost in the schedule.
