Allow isDefault to be set to TRUE for target_external_links #339

Because the Splunk Data Link only goes to the base URL and as such trying to use Custom URL.

Custom URLs seem to be for in-app links only, not usable for linking back to splunk.

This is impacting our terraform provider as the API resets the customer isDefault value back to false , resulting of a false positive change.
