The name is Martin, and the language is TypeScript. I am author of MikroORM - TypeScript ORM for Node.js based on Data Mapper, Unit of Work and Identity Map patterns.

After many years spent with PHP and the amazing Doctrine ORM, I moved to JavaScript and TypeScript in particular. Tried out few existing ORMs but I was missing Doctrine so much, that I had to build my own.
