The Web 3.0 is already a reality!

The decentral web has all it's required building blocks ready. CRDTs, IPFS, Web Torrents, Smart Contracts just to mention a few plus many more solid and fantastic projects gaining velocity. The right glue to build on top of this, is called "event driven architecture", which can easily combine all blocks and full fill the destiny of client side decentralized applications.

The scope includes some simple applications eg. a chat, wiki, bullet board or todo list but actually extends to build a starter kit for any client side realtime, shared and decentral application.
