I'm building noebs to provide alternative banking infrastructure for regions in Africa (horn Africa in particular). Noebs has interfaces to popular banking protocols such as ISO8583 and it has been used in production for many years now in Sudan.

I want to dedicate more work here to build what would be our open banking protocol. We are starting with a simple ledger implementation and expanding from there to include various other utilities.
