Hi there 👋! I am a software developer by training, with a passion for Linux and open source. My expertise is in system software, working mostly on U-Boot, Linux and embedded build systems such as Buildroot. I maintain the Home Assistant Operating System.
I like to understand and improve things: Coming up with correct fix (no hacks!) and getting them applied at the right place (upstream!) is my passion. With this mantra I contributed to countless projects in the past: Upstream Linux and U-Boot, build systems such as Buildroot and the Yocto Project, LLVM/Clang, Home Assistant (obviously) and ESPHome.
