I've been coding Java since it was first launched and contributed to Apache Commons before starting my own projects under the Joda banner, including Joda-Time, Joda-Money, Joda-Convert and Joda-Beans. Known for my work on date/time libraries, I also led the effort to add java.time to JDK 8, which resulted in the project ThreeTen-Extra and Global-TZ.

All contributions help motivate me to carry on maintaining these projects to the highest standards.
