I am trying to play a track from the player but receive this as response. Any hint why this is happened?

This is how I authorize.

Player command failed: Premium required is feedback from Spotify's API, which means you do not have the necessary permissions. Please research this issue using Spotify's documentation.

Does this future need Premium account ? I give all permission to the app, and again I can't play the track or the album. If not, can you provide an example how to use it.
