BuildMetadataResolver does not resolve dependencies against the chosen platform version #1347

BuildMetadataResolver#dependencies does not take the chosen platform version into account. If a dependency is a starter in a certain version and has a mapping to not be in another, this is completely ignored and only the default value is taken into account.

BuildMetadataResolver should probably take the platform version as a parameter so that it can resolve the dependency metadata accordingly.
