Running DB Browser for SQLite Version 3.12.2 and have loaded the spatialite extension.
Executing SELECT spatialite_version() returns spatialite_version() = 5.1.0
I have successfully run queries which use some spatial functions, however when I try to transform I get the following error:
ST_Transform exception - PROJ reports "proj_create: no database context specified".
proj.db sits in C:\Program Files\DB Browser for SQLite
I have set the path using SELECT PROJ_SetDatabasePath but the result is always null and SELECT PROJ_GetDatabasePath() also returns null
Query is to get the X and Y coordinates from WGS84 geometry:
select
astext(geom) as wkt,
X(geom) as X,
Y(geom) as Y,
X(ST_Transform( geom , 28356 )) as mga56X,
Y(ST_Transform( geom , 28356 )) as mga56XY
from SITE
Querying the same sqlite database from spatialite_gui 2.1.0-beta returns the desired result, but I much prefer using DB Browser!

Am I missing something or it not supported?
