Version the build on dockerhub #95

The build on docker hub is tagged as latest which could cause issues if the build is ever updated. I suggest another adding another tag for each release.

e.g
squareup/certstrap:1.2.0

Awesome project btw, has saved me a lot of headache, thank you.

We don't release many changes to certstrap (or at least not many breaking changes), but I agree we could tag a MAJOR.MINOR version (so squareup/certstrap:1.2 etc.)

We've been talking about a 2.0 release with some breaking changes to clean up the UI a bit, so it is definitely important we version releases.
