Does toc.follow work with non-latin symbols?

Works well with headers in latin symbols

But seems to not work with non-latin symbols

Not known. If you can provide a minimal reproduction, we can look into it.

Thanks for providing the excellent reproduction! So, turns out it's related to the fact that we use decodeUriComponent before searching for the relevant anchors, and it seems that this is not necessary. I've removed it in 64ca8fe and your example now works. Let's see if that breaks something else, but I've checked prior commits and couldn't find a reason why we'd need it.

Hi squidfunk! I just installed the latest insider-4.32.3. But I found that the Chinese toc is now not scrolling with page.

Details are：

1. If the head text is all in English, then when I scroll to that head, the table of contents also scrolls to the position of the head. It works well.
2. However, if the head contains any Chinese characters, then the table of contents does not automatically scroll to the position of the head.
3. If I click on the Chinese head in the table of contents, then the url in the browser will display Chinese shortly and then immediately disappear.
4. If I click on the same Chinese head in the table of contents again, then the url in the browser will remain.

I have made a minimum docs to reproduce this issue. Please note that this issue occurs in insider-4.32.3. However, when I installed insider-4.32.0, everything became fine.

I hope you can look at this so that I can install the latest version in the future. Thanks!
