Helper function for linking to docs

I'd be nice to have a helper function for linking to a docs URL in the current platform version (so that links generated by 24.3 keep going to the 24.3 docs).

We did come up with a similar mechanism, at least for CRD documentation: https://docs.stackable.tech/home/nightly/contributor/docs/style-guide#_crd_documentation Is that what you mean? Or something else?
