Hi @renashah, I'm on the BNS Council and would be happy to join the BD group if you're happy to have me? I have several years of BDM experience and I'm currently in contact with Ordinals marketplaces for BNS. Their adoption of sBTC I feel should be a key strategic goal for Stacks as a first step in helping to onboard the Ordinals community into the Stacks ecosystem. 🙂 Let me know, Snazzy. |

Update from the sBTC GTM Working GroupJanuary 9, 2024 Happy New Year, Stacks community! This will be the year of Bitcoin L2s with Stacks. The sBTC GTM WG has been busy working on partnerships and integrations to help set the foundation for the Nakamoto upgrade and sBTC later this year. On the Signer front, Copper and Figment have been publicly announced. We have another dozen prospects fully engaged and many more in the pipeline! Get ready for some exciting announcements in the coming months, from native crypto entities to exciting strategic entrants from the Web2 space. Folks everywhere want to build the Bitcoin economy on the Stacks L2 layer. When it comes to critical ecosystem building blocks, we're very excited about the progress there as well. Pyth price feeds have already launched on mainnet, and there are promising conversations in full swing for major bridge integrations as well as stable coins. Finally, it's been encouraging to receive feedback from major exchanges across the space that they are fired up for the Nakamoto upgrade and that they see sBTC as a potential game changer for cost-effective and fast BTC withdrawals and transfers. Reach out if you’re interested in contributing or partnering with us. Post a comment here or find us in the Stacks Discord. |

Hey, @renashah. This is KJ, the co-founder of ZenFox Lab, focused on Crypto research and expanding the Asia community momentum - https://zenfoxlab.com/. Personally, I started my Crypto career in 2017 with joining OKCoin exchange, and then as the CPO to form a new Layer1 in Singapore. Hope could collaborate with Stacks to promote the BTC adoption, specifically in the Asia region. |

👋 Introduction:
Welcome to the Business Development Working Group. Our collective goal is to grow the Stacks & Bitcoin L2 ecosystem in broad strokes, with an initial focus on key integrations and support for the Nakamoto and sBTC upgrades.
📜 Mission Statement:
Our mission is to deploy BTC capital from the L1 to the L2. In order to do that, we seek partnerships with both web2 and web3 ecosystems.
Areas that we work in include
✅ Goals and Definition of Done:
Currently, our focus is narrow-scoped for essential partnerships for the upcoming Nakamoto Release and sBTC launch. Other things may be added or removed accordingly with the GTM plans for sBTC & Nakamoto.
Measurables we aim to achieve
Definition of Done - partnership is secured, the integration/implementation is complete, and it’s live.
🔗 Relevant Links:
Due to the confidential nature of what we do, we don’t have boards. Our wins are shared by partnership announcements publically.
🧪 Commitment to Innovation:
Our contributions are mighty. It’s up to us to find the best partners who’ll unlock BTC capital. We’re moving from a rock to a productive asset.
🫂 Collaboration and Impact:
Creating a two-way peg for Bitcoin onto the stacks blockchain is a huge undertaking, and can't be done without collaboration from across the folks. By pooling our diverse expertise with partnerships, we hope to make meaningful strides on connecting broader web3 to sBTC.
