CDN image link worked but website audit says use CDN for same image #91

when I used statically CDN for my image its worked and converted to webp .But when I use GTmetrix to check my webpage performance it says "

Use a Content Delivery Network (CDN)	125 resources found

But it says reduce dns lookcups how to do it.....
