No notifications for "Static Service" when changing the status (ONLINE/OFFLINE)

Hello everybody,

I am so far really happy with statpingNG, but I have now hit a bug I am afraid:
When I create a new "Static Service", and set these settings:

• Enable notifications: ON
• Notify after failures: 1
• Notify all changes: ON

and then change the status of the service via the REST-CALL with "PATCH" to {{endpoint}}/api/services/
then I can see (if I reload the UI) that the service changes from ONLINE -> OFFLINE and vice versa.
But I get no notification, the other "normal" services like "HTTP Service" create a notification.

How can I get this working? That would be awesome...
