I'm trying to modify the statsd config file while the daemon is running.

The first time I change and save it the logs are saying "reading config file..."

Any consecutive save I make to the same file does not generate this log.

Is it intended the configuration reload is only done on the first configuration change?

If we're offering hot reloading of configs, I feel like we should do it every time, not just once during the running. Can anyone confirm that this is still a bug? If not then I'll see if I can reproduce it.
