Global shortcut to Like / Dislike the current Song.

Hello folks,

Now that YT has a global shortcut configuration window (#170) it would be nice to allow users to configure some extra shortcuts.

I'm specially interested in making the current Like / Dislike shortcuts global. Switching focus to the app to like / dislike a song is distracting and I had to write my own dirty AppleScript to do the job for me.

I would love to have Global shortcuts for the functionality, and it would be great it it was configurable as Command+L and Command+D would potentially conflict with a lot of important applications.
