Is it possible to arrange listing by url instead of title?

Current Behavior

Here is how listing are arranged now:

Expected Behavior

Whereas I hope the listing is by url, like this:

Possible Solution(s)

Just arrange listing by url instead of title, like most other tools do. thx.

@suntong as a workaround the order the operations are in the spec is preserved in the Table Of Contents. So you can put the operations in whatever order you want in the spec.
