There's any way to get all stories metadata from a Doc Block?

Summary

I'm building a dependencies addon and i need to get all stories meta component atributte from a custom docs block component. But i don´t find any useful api to make it work. The /index.json endpoint doesn't provide component data, only the title of the story.
