As reported by @fabpico here: #15574 (comment)

You should be able to (at least I can) reproduce it on this fresh storybook installation (v6.5.5)

I have an older CRA app with react-scripts@5.0.0 and preset-create-react-app@4.1.0 that works.

For some reason in the broken app the plugin babel-plugin-named-exports-order is not getting added to the babel-loader config.
