Is your feature request related to a problem? Please describe

When I was testing Storybook 7 docs, I got frustrated with the fact that I had wrong stories globs (with a typo, so the globs didn’t match anything when starting Storybook), and the CLI didn’t tell me that. I thought there was a bug with docs but it was just a typo in my stories glob.

Describe the solution you'd like

It'd be great if Storybook told me that the glob I specified, didn't match any file.

Describe alternatives you've considered

No response

Are you able to assist to bring the feature to reality?

yes, I can
