Since babel moved babel-eslint to @babel/eslint-parser and eslint-plugin-babel to @babel/eslint-plugin, older repo are no more supported.

Babel as drop support on previous ESlint modules (
parserandplugin) in favour of their mono repository babel.I've replaced these modules by the new officials ones.
