Frontend: Upgrade pathway for payment (Patreon)

In the UI with the current upgrade button turned on (with feature flag)

As a user I would like to know more about upgrading to Streetmix + and the benefits and to be able to pay for upgrade with a relevant payment provider.

In a streetmix styled popover present both the Streetmix+ details and the payment options, when user clicks upgrade they are pushed to the Patreon providers page. On return notify user that subscription is / is not successful.
