Consider using wttr.in for weather widget

Thank you for this collection of widgets!

Unlike OpenWeatherMap, wttr.in doesn't require an API key. It supports json output (e.g. `curl 'wttr.in/Toronto?format=j1'). I think it might make it easier to set up the weather widget and share awesome configs without worrying about secret management.

I'd be happy to take a stab at it and submit a PR if you're open to it. Alternatively, I could maintain a fork of your widget that uses wttr.in.
