Print PDF: Review and update PDF to show all data from profile page

The student profile page has probably drifted a bit from the profile PDF. It'd be helpful to review this and see if there are any differences. The steps might be:

1. Review across students in the local dev setup
2. Note the differences on this issue
3. Start adding them!

In the process, if there are ways to reduce the differences in how we make the printable PDF that would be awesome to note as well. That's a separate set of work, and any path there would have to be wary of too much scope. But some ideas might be rendering more in JS so we write the printable PDF in the same way as the rest of the app, or removing the PDF feature directly and making a stylesheet to render a page in a way that's directly printable from the browser (across browsers).
