Is ThemeProps from @types/styled-components correct?

ThemeProps in currently this in @types/styled-components.

export interface ThemeProps<T> {
    theme: T;
}

Should it be this or am I missing something? (Looking at https://styled-components.com/docs/advanced#function-themes)

export interface ThemeProps<T> {
    theme: T | ((outerThemeProps?: T) => T);
}

I wanted to ask before I opened a PR for it.
