Subo keeps stale template .zips #167

If you previously ran a subo command like subo compute deploy core --local and later updated subo, the old subo.zip template archive is kept. Templates are not updated frequently, so this apparently went unnoticed.

Interim workaround: delete ~/.config/suborbital/templates/subo.zip and re-run the command.

So basically if the user runs make subo, the already present subo.zip file should be deleted?
