window is not defined error with pusher-js

Description

This appears to be a bug with the package, not necessarily with remix-vite.

pusher/pusher-js#624

Using the normal remix server/build process works fine because I can split between server and client with the file naming convention.

Using remix-vite bombs with the error 'window is not defined'.

Is there a way to get around that?
