Hello Latest Truecaller 13 versions are using grpc, so we should library like https://github.com/fullstorydev/grpcurl to make grpc requests.
.proto files are available inside apk and by using grpc it will ensure working for future versions.

I also have the same question, how to obtain the request .proto file?
