Update the hardware requirements #280

Update the requirements to reflect the following:

Hardware;

add "minimum i5 or equalivant"

Software

change to reflect the only needed software will be installed on day 1,

(up for discussion) also, add that if the student wants to get ahead they can follow the install guides in the handbook
