Error during the SWC rust plugin tutorial: wbindgen unknown import

Hello, I'm following the tutorial in https://swc.rs/docs/plugin/ecmascript/getting-started to create a rust plugin for SWC. I'm able to build the plugin successfully with cargo build-wasi --release, and I can run tests with cargo test. However I'm hitting a series of errors when I try to use the plugin with swc. I pasted the commands I'm running and the errors I'm seeing below. Any ideas? Is there an updated example or docs I can follow anywhere? Thanks in advance!

I tried googling but I'm not seeing much information about this error. Any ideas?

Oh seems like __wbg_new_abda76e883ba8a5f comes from console_error_panic_hook::Error::new::h799f20735cac74b5

Can you try changing the version of rustc?

hooray, that worked! i tried a couple of rust versions, and this one worked for me. thanks for your help debugging! my final build command was:

rustup install nightly-2022-09-27
cargo +nightly-2022-09-27 build --target wasm32-wasi --release

I have a similar problem. I have tried so many versions of Rust. I completely reinstalled Cargo. I create an empty plugin by "getting-started" instructions, but still this error. I really need your help. Please see my question #7361
