What is the current behavior?

The Desktop Wallet allows the creation of aggregate transactions (Aggregate submenu).

What's the issue?

There is no limit on the number of transactions users can add to one aggregate. Users can add above 100 (mainnet limit).
If it happens wallet will just announce the first 100 transactions without any notice.

What is the expected behavior?

The wallet should limit (also notice user) and don't allow add more transactions per aggregate than the network limit.
