Hello!

When using MacOS, with PHPUnit, PHP 8.2, and default Symfony recipe: $_ENV is populated as well as $_SERVER and they have different values. In our case, my colleague has APP_ENV=dev in $_ENV while APP_ENV=test in $_SERVER.

I think $_ENV should not be populated.
