MonologBundle 3.9.0 added support for autoconfiguring the monolog.logger tag based on the WithMonologChannel attribute shipped in Monolog 3.5.0+: symfony/monolog-bundle#468

https://symfony.com/doc/current/logging/channels_handlers.html might be the place to talk about this.
