lemp9 and lemp10 battery removal feedback

I have feedback about this process from a customer:

"I also wanted to mention though, your docs on how to remove the battery are wrong: it says to use a plastic tool to slide between the foam tape and the battery to get it out. Which does work, but destroys the foam in the process. However! The tabs that the docs say to be careful not to push with the tool? If you pull those instead, then the glued part of the foam stretches and disconnects, just like a 3M Command Strip, if you've seen those. You can get the battery out in a few seconds with nothing more than a pair of forceps (or very small fingers if you have those). And not destroy the foam in the process.

Not a big deal, I don't mind having to replace some foam, that's easy to do, but you might want to change the docs for the next person to need to do this :)"

I'm pretty sure that still destroys the foam, but it's still probably an easier/safer way to free the battery from the adhesive

The current verbiage was approved internally based on safety concerns. The important point is that if you're going to use a tool, make it plastic and not metal. We could reword to clarify that using a tool at all is only a suggestion.

I have attempted to remove one of these style batteries from a system before, and it was extremely difficult and I did also need to shove plastic underneath it and sever the adhesive bond to not feel like I was about to snap the battery in half pulling against the glue/foam tape. I do remember bunching up the first piece of foam tape while doing that, although I figured out how to slide the plastic under the foam for the rest.
