Enhance README for external contributors

Hello.

I wanted to try to solve the issue with the XLSX I shared, but could not simply launch the project.

I cloned the project, did yarn install and yarn test, that did not work.
Could you improve the documentation about how to launch the project, modify it, and test it ?
